Frequently asked questions
I'm a creator and also a brand, or I manage several talents: which plan do I pick?
You don't have to pick a role. The plan depends on how much you track: one account of your own and one campaign fit in Básico; three accounts, three campaigns and unlimited full profiles, in Pro; several clients with a team, in Max. If you need one more account or campaign, that's an add-on.
Do I have to give you access to my accounts?
No. We use what your networks already show publicly through their official APIs. You only need your Instagram account to be a creator or business account, which is free and takes two taps. To publish your link, you confirm the account is yours by pasting a code in your bio.
What do brands see when I share my link?
Only what you turned on: section by section, metric by metric, and you can exclude specific posts. Each link can have a password and an expiry date, and you can create a different one for each brand.
Can anyone buy a report about me?
Yes, using the data your networks already show to anyone, and never personal data. You see how many times your report was bought and how many brands looked you up. If you'd rather not appear, you can leave the directory in one click; if you claim your profile, you control your link and receive requests.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Básico asks for no card: on day 7 you decide whether to subscribe; if you don't, it pauses and we keep your data for 30 days. On Pro and Max you leave your card at the start, nothing is charged until day 7, we email you on day 5 with the amount and the date, and you cancel in one click. During any trial you see everything but download nothing: reports, media kit and exports switch on with your first payment. One trial per person.
How do I pay, and what if I need more?
With a Visa or Mastercard, credit or debit, from any country, in US dollars. If you run short on accounts, campaigns, members or workspaces, you add add-ons without changing plan. One-off reports are refunded automatically if we can't generate them.
Does it work with TikTok?
Not yet. We started with Instagram and YouTube; TikTok comes in the next stage without you having to do anything.
